Now available in the US,  the ELTRA® Thermostep ML

We are delighted to introduce the ELTRA TGA Thermostep ML, a Thermogravimetric analyzer for organic and inorganic analysis. 2020 is the first time this ELTRA instrument has been available in the US.

Thermogravimetry is a standard method for the analysis of organic, inorganic and synthetic samples, in which the weight loss is measured after heating to a certain temperature.

The ELTRA TGA Thermostep is a thermogravimetric analyzer that can determine various parameters such as moisture, volatile components and ash content in one analysis. The user determines the temperature and ambient gas.

NEW in 2021

Introducing... the ELTRA® ELEMENTRAC ONH-p 2

The new ELTRA ELEMENTRAC ONH-p 2 is a powerful and robust elemental analyzer for measurement of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen concentrations in inorganic materials like steel, iron, copper or ceramics. The highly sensitive NDIR and thermal conductivity detectors reliably detect element concentrations from low ppm content to high percentages.

The chemicals and filters required for the operation of the ELEMENTRAC ONH-p 2 elemental analyzer are arranged conveniently on the front panel and can be concealed behind a removable door during routine operation. This arrangement significantly reduces the time required for maintenance and increases user-friendliness. In addition, innovative details considerably improve the reproducibility of measurements

Introducing... the ELTRA® ELEMENTRAC CS-r

The ELEMENTRAC CS-r with up to 4 infrared cells is designed for the fast, simultaneous carbon and sulfur measurement over a very wide concentration range. It uses a horizontal resistance furnace with ceramic tube, which operates in a range from 600 °C to 1550 °C.

Elements: carbon, sulfur

Samples: organic

Autoloader: no

Included: low blank sample port

The ELEMENTRAC CS-r analyzer  ensures safe and precise elemental analysis even of samples with low carbon content in the resistance furnace. Due to the optimized geometry of the sample port with reduced diameter, as well as an oxygen purge at the sample inlet, the CO2 blank value of the atmosphere during sample introduction is drastically reduced, thus enabling reliable carbon analysis in the low measuring range.

The CS-r elemental analyzer meets or exceeds the requirements of all common ASTM, DIN, EN or ISO standards for elemental analysis.

Introducing... the ELTRA® ELEMENTRAC CHS-r

The ELEMENTRAC CHS-r with up to 3 infrared cells is designed for carbon, sulfur and hydrogen measurement over a very wide concentration range. It uses a horizontal resistance furnace with ceramic tube, which operates in a range from 600 °C to 1550 °C.

Elements: carbon, hydrogen, sulfur

Samples: organic

Autoloader: no

Included: low blank sample port

The ELEMENTRAC CS-r and CHS-r analyzer series ensures safe and precise elemental analysis even of samples with low carbon content in the resistance furnace. Due to the optimized geometry of the sample port with reduced diameter, as well as an oxygen purge at the sample inlet, the CO2 blank value of the atmosphere during sample introduction is drastically reduced, thus enabling reliable carbon analysis in the low measuring range.

The CHS-r combustion analyzer meets or exceeds the requirements of all common ASTM, DIN, EN or ISO standards for elemental analysis.
