THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT HAS RULED!

In spite of what you may have been told, on June 16, 2016, the U.S. Court for the Western District of Michigan ruled that Alpha’s AR683k Combustion Tube Replacement Kit – compatible with the Leco© CS744 and CS844 furnaces – does not infringe on Leco© Corporation’s U.S. Patent 8,884,193.  This is Great News to some of you who may have been told otherwise.  Now you can continue to use Alpha’s money-saving replacement kits and tubes with no concern of threats by Leco© of possible litigation.  Alpha will continue its efforts to provide you with high quality money saving solutions to your consumable needs.
